Our President
Eric J. Boudreau
Eric started in the Electrical Business in 1994 as a 3rd Shift apprentice. After 2 years, he moved to AZ with a childhood friend to start their own business. In 2020 he came on board to help grow Look Electric.
When not working, Eric loves time with his family. Spending time with his wife on date nights or watching his 2 children play sports or helping with homework. A cruise is up there too.
VP Business Developer
Jordan Look
Jordan Look, VP of Construction, Director of Estimating and Business Development. Jordan started in the field as an electrical apprentice back in 2016. I grew tired of the “white collar” environment of my previous career and wanted to make a career change. After completing my formal training and getting my credentials as a journeyman electrician, I then proceeded to get my qualifications with the Arizona ROC as a licensed contractor.
When not working I enjoy all aspects of outdoor adventure.

Dan Goldsworthy
Dan started in the Electrical Business in 1983 at the local #640 IBEW apprentice program at the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant.
After many years learning the ins-and-outs, he started his own company retiring in 2008. In 2014 Alan talked him into coming back to work to continue to grow Look Electric.
When not working you can find Dan on his UTV riding with his family and friends.
MANAGEMENT CREW
From the heat of the kitchen to managing complex electrical projects, my career has been all about adaptability, precision, and leadership. After over a decade as a professional chef, I made a bold pivot into the electrical trade—bringing with me the same work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset. Starting as an apprentice, I worked my way up and now manage electrical projects, lead teams, and ensure everything runs safely, smoothly, and on budget Richard Stone III, Estimator I started digging ditches at 14. My uncle needed help, and I was shovel sized. But a passion for designing, building, and maintaining electrical systems is what has kept me around. I love that I am a part of an industry that produces things that people really need. Everyone needs lights and plugs! When I'm not working, I love to read and play video games, but you can frequently catch me on hiking trails, far away from the power grid!

After more than 12 years in the healthcare industry, I made the leap into construction and quickly found my passion in this field. I was drawn to the collaborative nature of the work and the tangible, lasting impact our projects have on the communities we serve. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active, and being outdoors—whether it's cheering on my kids, exploring new places, or simply enjoying a quiet moment at home.
Tim has been in the field for over 30 years. He started out helping friends with side jobs and slowly found an interest in electrical. When not working, Tim can be found camping with his family.
Starting in 1997 as a control panel builder and designing control automation for compressed air and cooling towers. When the internet became more commercialized, I moved over to more specialized custom systems working in harsh environments. I now enjoy helping companies and home owners find the best options for their daily service needs. When not working, I can be found with my family, or doing charity work building homes for I68 & Charities for Orphanages.
