Serving Arizona Since 2008
Founded in 2008 by Alan Look who was originally a general contractor with over 20 years’ experience, he decided to focus on the Electrical sector. He secured his electrical contractor license and bonding. Through his diligence, hard work, and integrity, he built up Look Electric. Alan retired in December 2022 leaving his wonderful partners to run things.
Hal Look, Look Electric’s current president has a 30-year history in business management, having managed and directed various businesses from several sectors, successfully growing each one.
Dan Goldsworthy completed his electrical apprenticeship at the Palo Verde nuclear power plant and has completed some of the most complex electrical projects in the Phoenix valley over the past 25 years.
Eric Boudreau, with over 20 years’ experience, oversees business development and estimating for Look Electric. His previous electrical contracting company was acquired by Look Electric in 2020 to become part of the senior management group.
This group, with their multi-facetted backgrounds in business, general construction, and specifically electrical construction, provides Look Electric with an excellent ability to completely understand the entire construction process. This translates into better and more efficient electrical solutions for our customers. Look Electric is proud to play a vital role in achieving the best overall solutions for solving our customer’s electrical challenges and needs. Based out of Mesa Arizona, Look Electric services the Phoenix area and all outlying areas in Arizona. We are both honored and positioned well to play a significant role in Arizona’s continuing economic growth.

1972 I was a power tool and equipment bench mechanic in Sacramento CA. Occasionally I would get called into the field to do a repair on some larger piece of equipment. Often, while making the repair, I would also make recommendations to the business owner on what tools and equipment he should be using to do a better and more efficient job. When I would come back into the office and turned in all these new orders, I did not know I was selling, I was just making recommendations. Soon my boss asked me to just make recommendations for him full time. I was then selling full time.
When not working you can find Hal traveling and seeing the world.

Dan started in the Electrical Business in 1983 at the local #640 IBEW apprentice program at the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant. After many years learning the ins-and-outs, he started his own company retiring in 2008. In 2014 Alan talked him into coming back to work to continue to grow Look Electric.
When not working you can find Dan on his UTV riding with his family and friends.

Eric started in the Electrical Business in 1994 as a 3rd Shift apprentice. After 2 years, he moved to AZ with a childhood friend to start their own business. In 2020 he came on board to help grow Look Electric.
When not working, Eric loves time with his family. Spending time with his wife on date nights or watching his 2 children play sports or helping with homework. A cruise is up there too.
